Okinawa Harbor View Hotel strives to provide safe and comfortable services to our guests under the following basic principles based on "safety" and "trust".

We consider the personal information of our guests to be indispensable in order to provide services that fully satisfy our guests, and we take the utmost care in handling the very important information entrusted to us by our guests. Okinawa Harbor View Hotel (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel") and The Hotelier Group Naha K.K. recognize the importance of personal information and are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other applicable laws and regulations, applicable guidelines, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"). The General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as "the General Data Protection Regulation") (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").
In the course of providing various services, the Hotel may collect personal information about individual guests, as well as personal information about persons related to corporate or institutional guests.

Even if you terminate your relationship with the Hotel, such as by cancelling your membership in the Hotel's membership program, the Hotel will continue to handle your personal information in accordance with this Policy for as long as the Hotel retains your personal information, subject to the provisions of Section 5. While we make every effort to ensure that the personal data in our possession is accurate and up-to-date, we request that you promptly notify us of any changes to your personal information.
3. Provision of Customers' Personal Data to Third Parties
The Hotel will not provide customers' personal data to any third party, except with the consent of the customer.
In the event that the handling of customers' personal data is entrusted to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, the hotel will instruct the entrusted party to manage the personal data appropriately and supervise it properly.
However, the Hotel may provide personal data of customers to third parties in order to cooperate with requests for disclosure based on legal grounds from persons with legitimate authority from judicial and administrative agencies, or when permitted by other laws and regulations.
4. Basis for processing your personal information

- You may request the deletion of your personal data maintained by this hotel, and this hotel will delete your personal data in accordance with your request. However, the Hotel may retain the Client's personal data in certain cases as permitted by law.
