How do I get to the hotel?
The following access methods are available.
By monorail
From Naha Airport Station, get off at Tsubokawa Station and walk about 10 minutes.
Fare: Adult ¥260, Child ¥130 / Approximate time required: 10 minutes
By bus
Bus stop: In front of the Domestic Passenger Terminal Building
Bus companies: Naha Bus, Ryukyu Bus
Route number: 25, 99, 111, 113, 120, or 123
Bus stop for drop-off: Asahibashi (in Naha Bus Terminal)
Fare: Adult ¥230, Child ¥120 / Approximate time required: 15 minutes (less than 5 minutes walk after getting off the bus)
Others: For local buses, ride in front of the bus and get off at the end of the bus and pay the fare in advance. For the intercity line, ride in front of the bus and pay the fare in advance, and for the inter-city line, ride in front of the bus and pay the fare after.
By Taxi
Approximately 10 minutes from Naha Airport.
Is there parking available?
There is a parking lot that can accommodate 190 cars.
Parking is available for a fee of 1,800 yen per night (free of charge from the 11th day).
Parking spaces are limited, so you may not be able to park in the event the lot is full.
I will be traveling with my family. Is it better to take the monorail or a cab from the airport to the hotel?
It takes about 10 minutes on foot from the nearby monorail station to the hotel, and there is an uphill slope around the hotel.
Therefore, we recommend taking a cab from Naha Airport if you have a lot of luggage or if you are traveling with children.
Is there a shuttle bus to the hotel?
There is no shuttle bus service.

Do you have rooms with a view of the ocean?
There are no city views. All rooms have a city view.
Is there a laundromat available?
They are located in the changing rooms by the pool (B1F) in the hotel. (Hours of use: 9:00-22:00 (charged))
There are also several coin-operated laundries within a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. Please feel free to ask at the hotel front desk when you visit Stay.
Is there an ice machine?
Ice machines are located in the elevator hall on the 5th floor of the main building.
Do you have a microwave oven?

Can I specify my room?
We will accept your request at the time of reservation and try our best to meet your request.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of a room depending on the reservation situation.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
Do you have single rooms available?
We do not have single rooms, but we do have rates for single occupancy.

Are non-smoking rooms available?

What types of items are available for loan?
Humidifier, air purifier, transformer, ironing set, desk lamp, trouser press, shoe dryer, pillows (low rebound pillow and buckwheat pillow), slippers for children, nail clippers, ice nong, thermometer, etc. are available.

Can I visit Staywith my pet?
Pets other than assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) are not allowed at Stay.
Is day use (during the day) available?
Yes, they are available. The hours of use and charges are as follows
From 14:00 to 17:00 - 50% of the regular room rate will be charged.
After 17:00 - 100% of the regular room rate will be charged.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. The main entrance of the hotel is open 24 hours a day.
Can I extend my check-out time?
If you continue to use the room after 11:00 a.m. check-out time, the following additional fees will be charged.
Up to 14:00 - 30% of the room charge
Up to 5:00 p.m.: 50%.
After 5:00 p.m.: 100%.
Can I leave my luggage for a while before check-in or after check-out?
PLEASE LEAVE THEM AT THE FRONT DESK ON THE 1ST FLOOR.
Can you send me a forgotten item?
We keep lost and found items during your stay for a certain period of time. If you have forgotten something, please contact us by e-mail or phone so that we can send it to you.

Is there a dress code?
Please refrain from wearing "flip-flops, slippers, sneakers, running shirts, shorts, sportswear, etc." at the Bar Lounge Starlight (10F).

Yes, they are available.
Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant and lobby lounge, so children are welcome. Baby chairs are also available. Please inquire in advance as we have a limited number of baby chairs available.
However, minors are not allowed in the bar lounge. Please note that minors are not allowed in the bar lounge.
Do you have a children's menu?

What is the origin of the hotel name?
The Okinawa Harbor View Hotel was built as a full-scale "city hotel" in Naha City to commemorate the return of Okinawa to the mainland in 1972 and to coincide with the Okinawa International Ocean Expo held in 1975.
The name "Harborview" comes from the fact that the site was the former site of the Harborview Club, a members-only social club for Americans living in Okinawa, including employees of the U.S. National Government of the Ryukyu Islands. At that time, the club had a salon-like atmosphere where not only U.S. military personnel, but also political and business leaders from Japan, the U.S., and the Ryukyu Islands could dine together.
Over time, it has become a popular guest house hotel in Okinawa, offering traditional hospitality and international-class service. We always value the "precious journey" of each and every one of our guests.

Can I pay electronically?
Payment by "Edy" electronic money is available. You can use it at check-out time at Stayand at the hotel's restaurants and lounges.
